Hotel rules

Guests can arrive from 15:00 on day of arrival. We also offer an early check-out for those who would like to make the most of their stay. We charge 20 GBP per hour prior to check-in, please let us know before hand, so we can make sure your room is prepared.

Guests can depart up till 11:00. Please checkout before 11:00 on your day of departing with our front desk. We also offer a late check-out for those who would like to have a lie in, for a small additional fee we also offer.

Vive Hotel collects 250 GBP security deposit from guests upon arrival, which is tracked and returned after your room has been checked on departure. If there is any money to be withheld you will be notified of the reason.

We accept payment on cards: Maestro, Mastercard and Visa.

Payment for your accommodation is taken 2 days prior to arrival, unless the rate you are booking states otherwise.

If you want to not be charged in full for your accommodation, you will need to cancel before midnight 2 days prior to arrival by email or phone.

We do offer extra beds in studio and family rooms for an extra charge of 50GBP, please let us know upon your arrival so we can have this ready for your stay

Unfortunately we do not currently accept any pets.

We do offer cots without charge, but please let us know upon your arrival if you would like one
